It is God’s will for everyone to make Heaven. It is Man that makes things difficult or twists scripture for their own purposes.
This is good and pleases God our Savior, who wants everyone to be saved and to understand the truth.
— 1 Timothy 2:3,4 (NLT)He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.
— 2 Peter 3:9 (NIV)For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.
— John 3:16 (NLT)
God is just and doesn’t play favorites. If you meet the simple requirements He will save you from Hell and give you a new life. After you are born again you must live a holy life. “Holy” does not mean “perfect,” but there is forgiveness when you repent for sin.
For God shows no partiality [undue favor or unfairness; with Him one man is not different from another].
— Romans 2:11 (AMP)If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved. As the Scriptures tell us, “Anyone who trusts in him will never be disgraced.” Jew and Gentile are the same in this respect. They have the same Lord, who gives generously to all who call on him. For “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
— Romans 10:9-13 (NLT)But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness.
— 1 John 1:9 (NLT)Work at living in peace with everyone, and work at living a holy life, for those who are not holy will not see the Lord.
— Hebrews 12:14 (NLT)
How do we know that Hell is a real place? At the end of your life you will either go to Heaven or Hell; there is no other option. Here is what the Bible says about Hell:
And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments …
— Luke 16:23 (KJV)And shall cast them into a FURNACE OF FIRE: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
— Matthew 13:42Then He will also say to those on His left, ‘Depart from Me, you accursed people, into the eternal fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels;
— Matthew 25:41And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the LAKE OF FIRE.
— Revelation 20:15And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; they have no rest day and night, those who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.
— Revelation 14:11
What about people who never hear the gospel? Aren’t there people in remote parts of the world that will never hear about Jesus? The Bible shows that everyone will have an opportunity to know there is a God:
For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities–his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God.
— Romans 1:20 (NLT)
